Hi there!

I'm Debbie and I'm so glad you're here!

I'm a former software company co-founder turned spiritually awakened soul. I'm also a champion of women pursuing joy and balance in their business through marketing that is aligned with them.

I spent the first half of my life living from my head, and am spending the second half guided by my heart. After spending years doing "all the right things" in an endless cycle of proving, even co-founding, and co-running a 65-person software company all by the time I was 32, I burned myself out. For me, that manifested as a major health crisis. At 42, my life turned upside down.

But it turns out, there's always a gift in every big life lesson. For me, it was a shift in perspective. I started to see life differently. I added spirituality and self-care to the mix. I took a pause on living life on auto-pilot and instead became intentional about how I wanted to spend my precious time on the planet

Today, I let my energy be my guide. I combine my love of marketing with my love of all-things-spiritual. That's why I'm so drawn to working with women who are out doing "the work." I love supporting those who are turning their wisdom into something that lights them up -- and makes the world a better place along the way. Because at the end of the day, I know that's the reason we're all here.

What I believe:

I believe there is a shift happening on the planet. More and more people are waking up to the idea that leading with love is the only way we're ever going to make the shift to a kinder, gentler world. I'm all in!

WE'RE ALL EQUAL BUT DIFFERENT.

There's something so beautiful that happens when we recognize our own zones of genius. We start to see that others have their special talents too. Everyone is different but all genius is equally valuable and needed.

ALIGNMENT IS THE THE PATH TO HAPPINESS.

I know without a shadow of a doubt that living in alignment with your values and true self makes you feel happier, less stressed, and more connected to others. It takes the effort out of life and adds ease, flow, joy, and energy to everything you do. #directpathtohappiness

DONE IS BETTER

THAN PERFECT

I used to be a perfectionist until I realized that chasing perfection is like pursuing a constantly shifting target – it's tiring and unproductive. These days, I take a much more relaxed approach: I give my all to everything I do, then let things be, with the full understanding that taking action in the right direction is more valuable than striving for any kind of unattainable perfection.

WE'RE BETTER TOGETHER.

I love Helen Keller's quote: "Alone, we can do so little, together we can do so much." It's a testament to the power of collaboration and working together. When heart-centered people unite the ripple effect is a force to be reckoned with. I truly believe that's how we're eventually going to change things on the planet for the greater good of all of us.
